1. About these terms
These short terms cover your use of the ReelCheat website and waitlist while we build the product. ReelCheat is a product of GOBYTE SOFTWARE LTD, registered in England & Wales (company number 16769913). A full set of terms will apply once the product launches.
2. ReelCheat is not live yet
The product is under construction and is not currently available to use. Anything you see on this site describes what we are building. Features, pricing, and the launch date may all change, and we may decide not to launch at all.
3. The waitlist
Joining the waitlist simply means you would like to hear from us when ReelCheat is ready. It is not a contract, it does not reserve a spot or a price, and it does not guarantee access. You can ask to be removed at any time by emailing stefanos@gobyte.software.
4. Fair use of the site
Please use the site reasonably. In particular, do not:
- Submit someone else's email address without their permission.
- Attempt to break, overload, or interfere with the site.
- Use the site for anything unlawful.
5. Our brand and content
The ReelCheat name, logo, copy, and design are owned by GoByte Software Ltd. Please do not copy or reuse them without our permission.
6. No warranty
While under construction, the site is provided "as is". We cannot promise it will always be available or error-free, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from its use. None of this affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
